Setting a Budget

We offer cost efficient bespoke solutions and as a rule of thumb you should think about setting a budget between £800 and £1,500 per square meter.

 

There are many things that impact how much your garden office will cost.  The three biggest cost areas are; SIPS, glazing and cladding.

 

SIPs - All our buildings are constructed using SIPs - Structurally Insulated Panels. These panels have fantastic thermal properties and allow us to build bespoke garden rooms that  achieve thermal efficiencies equivalent to modern day housing. In fact, we utilise the same construction techniques innovative house builders use.

 

Glazing - Glazing costs vary tremendously from double glazed uPVC to triple glazed aluminium, and obviously, the more windows/doors you have the more you need to budget.

Cladding - Cladding costs vary also. We prefer to clad our buildings in Western Red Cedar or Accoya, both of which are premium and expensive options. However, savings can be made by cladding unseen elevations in alternative products.
